1 - Shipping

We offer international shipping. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases,

Note that the below shipping timeframes and costs are estimates, Timeframes will vary when orders are placed on a weekend or public holiday.  And shipping costs do not include customs or taxes that you may incur and are responsibility of the customer.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

2 - Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will be able to help you with our simple returns process.

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.

All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).

You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
